DC30 HMS is a bar with rubber bands due to which one can carry out a wide range of exercises. Light equipment for universal use. It can replace thera bands, but use of it is much simpler. It works well for both, training and rehabilitation. DC30 can be used to exercise upper and lower muscle groups. Very versatile equipment irrespective of the proficiency level of a user. Using DC30 it is possible to do exercises focused on joint mobility and general coordination.
